First up are blouses from Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen's line "Elizabeth and James" (affectionately named for their siblings).

I love blouses, and the color and style of this one is so attractive and interesting.
I was surprised by the Olsen's line because I expected the clothes to be somewhat comparable to their own, but instead they've created more mainstream pieces.
I have always been partial to accessorizing with fun yet personal jewelry pieces, particularly the snake rings I picked up during my travels to Montenegro and Egypt. I really like the brass and tough quality of this ring.

I don't normally shop at J. Crew because I find their clothes to be a little mature for my style right now, but they do make great basics. I was perusing their website recently and fell in love with this suitcase. It has a feeling of anachronism yet the modern convenience of a collapsible handle. It's kind of fun compared to your basic suitcase, but not crazy enough to be impractical.

Lastly, in my eyes Marc Jacobs can do no wrong and this great grey purse is a testament to that belief. It's durable and accessible, easy to carry around the city and lug anything -- in my case GRE books and notecards.

Happy Tuesday y'all.
